Worst hotel!
Worst hotel! We stayed in a 1bedroom pool villa. I was very unpleasant due to the staff's lax and inefficient behavior during the check-in process. The staff was completely untrained and very disorganized and lazy. The hotel is on a sloping hill. so luggage cannot be moved without a shuttle bus. I had to wait 20minutes for the shuttle bus, It took more than 1hour from check-in to getting into the room. The room was an old building. the facilities were badly worn and the cleaning condition was dirty. The biggest problem is that the toilet gets clogged. I made over 10 calls about this issue and they did nothing, Three hours later they had a temporary solution. I requested a room change and after 5hours of this problem I was able to change the room. The condition of the changed room was not much different, and the bathroom was in the worst condition. I saw a warning sign next to the toilet, "Do not put toilet paper in the toilet" They already knew that toilets are clogged. A toilet that doesn't even take toilet paper means you shouldn't poop or urinate in it. Actually it was. I am completely exhausted. No further complaints were made to them. I didn't want to waste my time anymore. Feelin anxious, We used the lobby restroom throughout we stay. I think this is what the hotel wants. I don't want to mention any more.
