태국관세청 news customs issue 116호 (2008.1.4)에 의하면
USD 2만불 상당 이상의 외화 반출입은 세관에 신고해야 하는 제도를
1월중 시행하는것으로 되어있습니다.

1.Ministry of Finance announced regulation of foreign currency limitation
for bringing in and out of country both coins and bank notes which total value is
more than 20,000 USD or equal have to declare the list of those amount of money
to customs officers at the border.

1-1 이상의 내용과 관련하여 여행자수표(travellers cheques),송금수표(demand draft)등도
신고 대상인지요?
1-2 신고시 자금의 용도가 특정되어 있지 않은 경우,( 예를들어 현지 공예품의 품질을 검토후
품질이나 가격이 맞으면 구매하고, 그렇지 않은 경우 재 반출하는 경우등)에도 반입이 가능 할까요?

2.this act is in process of announcement and shall into force on and from the day of its
publication in the government gazette within 30days or about the end of january 2008.
