태국의 최대 관광산업전 2011 타일랜드 트래블 마트 플러스 어메이징 게이트웨이(Thailand Travel Mart (TTM) 2011 Plus Amazing Gateway to Greater Mekong Subregion)가 2011년 6월 8일부터 10일까지 IMPACT 무앙통 타니 전시장에서 트레이드와 일반인들을 대상으로 동시에 개최될 예정이다.
TTM은 메콩강을 끼고 있는 여러 나라를 연결하는 중심지와 관문으로서의 방콕의 역할을 다시 한 번 확인하는 계기가 될 것이며, 이 지역이 풍부한 관광자원을 지닌 곳이라는 점을 부각시키는 데도 일조를 할 것이다.
항공, 호텔 및 리조트, 여행업계, 헬스 & 메디컬/스파, 에코 & 어드벤쳐, NTO 및 기타 서비스 등에서 참가할 예정이며 태국뿐만 아니라 인근국가의 관광산업과 서비스에 관한 정보를 습득할 기회를 갖게 될 것으로 기대된다.
이번 트래블 마트의 초청바이어들은 태국관광청 해외사무소와 일반섹터의 협조로 선정되었으며 250달러(US)의 등록비를 지불할 경우 무료 항공권과 숙박, 교통서비스를 제공받는다.
기타 현지 및 해외 에이전시도 박람회에 참가할 수 있으며 현지 에이전시 등록비용은 75달러(US), 해외 에이전시 등록비용은 150 달러(US)이다.
바이어와 셀러의 만남은 70% 사전약속을 통해 매칭 시스템에 의해 정해지며 나머지는 현장에서 이루어지며 각 만남은 15분 동안 진행된다.
공식일정은 IMPACT 무앙통 타니 전시장에서 2011년 6월 8부터 10일까지 진행된다.
